To place an order for paper shopping bags we will need the following:
        Artwork - Black & White, PDF, EPS or real high Res JPG
        There is a $30.00 Plate charge (one time) per design

        Order form filled out (Order form Excel)
             Our site is not secure so faxing order form is the best.
             If fax is not available, fill out completely email, and call the CC info.

   What we will do:
         Email you back a proof, making sure it is correct.
         Give you a better idea of freight charges, shipping method
                 and close total cost.
